Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Quick Passport and Visa, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website (the “Website”) or purchasing, using, or submitting information for our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.
For purposes of these Terms, “you,” “your,” and “Applicant” mean the individual or entity using the Website or Services, including anyone submitting information on behalf of another person.
1) What We Do and What We Do Not Do
1.1 Private Assistance Service
We provide passport and visa application assistance and courier coordination services. This may include reviewing information you provide, helping prepare forms, checking documents and photos, coordinating submission through couriers where permitted, and coordinating return shipping.
1.2 No Government Affiliation
We are a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, the Chinese government, or any other government entity.
1.3 No Issuance or Guarantees
We do not issue passports or visas. We do not control approval decisions, appointment availability, processing times, or government requirements. Results are determined solely by the applicable government authorities.
2) Eligibility and Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use the Website to impersonate any person or entity
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Website’s security or operation
Use automated tools to scrape or copy Website content without permission
We may suspend or refuse service if we believe your use is unlawful, abusive, or creates risk for the Company or others.
3) Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information and documents
Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
Review all information for accuracy before submission
Follow instructions for packaging and shipping documents
Maintain copies of documents you send
You are responsible for any delays, rejection, or loss caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent information you provide.
4) Service Flow and Timing
4.1 Starting a Case
A case generally starts once:
We confirm we can take your order, and
You pay the required fees, and
We receive the information and documents needed to begin
4.2 Timing and Estimates
Any timeframes we provide are estimates only. Government processing times, courier schedules, holidays, staffing, and other factors may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5) Third-Party Services (Couriers, Government Sites, Shipping, Payments)
Our Services may require or involve third parties, including:
Government websites and visa centers/consulates
Shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx/UPS/USPS)
Couriers and expeditors
Payment processors
Technology vendors (storage, email, forms, analytics)
Third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, including delays, losses, rejections, system outages, or service failures.
6) Fees, What’s Included, and Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
Your total price may include some or all of the following, as described at checkout or on the service page:
Our service fee
Government/consular fees (when included in the advertised package)
Standard return shipping (if included)
Government fees are set by the relevant government authority. If included in your package price, they are collected on your behalf for submission.
6.2 Payment Required Before Work Begins
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, full payment is required before we begin work.
6.3 Additional Charges
You may be responsible for additional costs if:
Your case changes (different visa type, validity, entries, expedited government service)
Government fees increase
You request add-on services
Resubmission is required due to Applicant changes or errors
Shipping changes (address change, signature upgrades, re-shipment, missed delivery, etc.)
We will tell you about material additional costs before charging them when practical.
7) Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Government Fees
Government/consular fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome. This is a government rule, not our policy.
7.2 Service Fees
Because our work begins quickly and involves time-based labor and coordination, service fees may be non-refundable once work starts. If you cancel before we begin work, we may refund the service fee minus any non-recoverable costs and third-party fees.
7.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once labels are purchased or shipments are tendered.
7.4 Denials or Shorter Validity
If a government authority issues a different outcome than requested (including denial, shorter validity, fewer entries, or different processing), you understand that:
We cannot guarantee outcomes
Government fees may not be refundable
Any refund, if available, is limited to amounts we recover from the government or third parties (if applicable)
7.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause work until the dispute is resolved. If we incur fees due to a chargeback, you agree you are responsible for those fees where permitted by law.
8) Accuracy, Review, and Applicant Approval
You are responsible for reviewing final application information for accuracy. If we prepare any portion of an application for you, you must confirm it is accurate before it is submitted. Submitting incorrect information can result in rejection or delays.
9) Document Handling, Shipping Risk, and Lost Items
You understand that passports and original documents are valuable and sensitive.
We take reasonable steps to handle documents securely, but we are not responsible for losses or delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Couriers
Government facilities
Incorrect addresses provided by you
Missed deliveries or refusal of delivery
Where available, claims must be made with the shipping carrier under their rules. Any carrier refund is limited to what the carrier pays.
10) Intellectual Property
The Website content, branding, design, text, and materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
11) Privacy and Data Security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. While we use reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You provide information at your own risk.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
A passport or visa will be approved
A specific processing time will be met
Government requirements will remain unchanged
The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
14) Termination and Refusal of Service
We may refuse or terminate Services if:
You fail to pay required amounts
You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
You abuse staff or engage in threatening behavior
We believe the request creates legal/compliance risk
If we terminate for cause, refunds (if any) are limited to amounts we have not earned and that are recoverable from third parties.
15) Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website or Services means you accept the updated Terms.
16) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
17) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
18) Contact
If you have questions about our Terms and Conditions, please use our Contact Form to get in touch. We’re happy to provide clarification.
